Yoga for Pregnancy

This class is suitable for women from their second trimester onwards. Yoga helps build strength and stamina, and develops concentration to assist during labour and delivery. Performing yoga poses with awareness creates a state of calmness, inner clarity, and increased confidence relieving anxiety concerning the birth process. It is also an excellent way to get back into shape after birth. Classes run in blocks of six weeks

Yoga & Relaxation for Beginners

Yoga helps reduce stress and improve general health and well-being. Yoga increases muscle tone, strength, flexibility, mobility and relaxation. Everyone welcome! Classes run in blocks of 6 weeks.

Yoga & Relaxation Retreat

Immerse yourself in yoga for the weekend and see how good you feel. Whether you already have the yoga bug or are a complete beginner you can join in this non competitive, fun and relaxing weekend. We will cover asana practice, pranayama (breath work) and relaxation techniques and visualisation. There will be plenty of time to take a treatment and soak in the hot tub.
