Our Yoga Philosophy
Here at Ard Nahoo, we don't believe that the aim of yoga is to acheive the 'perfect body'. You won't see us in lycra cladded headstands on the site, or balancing precariously in a complicated asana. Our focus is on the therapeutic qualities of yoga, in all of its limbs, and the benefits it can bring to each and every one of us.
Our classes provide a safe and comfortable environment in which to unwind, and focus the mind and body. Suitable for all levels, each course encourages development at the student's own pace, in our beautiful studio overlooking the grounds.
