Our Yoga Philosophy
Here at Ard Nahoo, we take a holistic approach to yoga. Our focus is on the therapeutic qualities of yoga, in all of its limbs, and the benefits it can bring to each and every one of us.
Our classes provide a safe and comfortable environment in which to unwind, and focus the mind and body. Suitable for all levels, each course encourages development at the student's own pace, in our beautiful studio overlooking the grounds.
Noeleen Tyrrell is the yoga teacher and owner of Ard Nahoo. She has been both studying and teaching yoga for many years and has completed several post graduate trainings. In October 2011, Noeleen will be leading our Yoga Teacher Training Course.
