The Powerful Practice of Restorative Yoga

In a world that drives us onwards at high speed it is vitally important to know how to and when to stop. As a modern society that usually means looking at TV, having a drink or similar. The role of yoga and in particular restorative yoga gives us a powerful tool for remaining healthy and balanced as we live our lives to the fullest.

We offer various options for attendance:

Full 3 days tuition only (9am –   6pm) – Cost – €420  /Early bird until Wednesday 20th September – €400

Full 3 days with 2 nights accommodation – €520/Early bird until Wednesday 20th September – €460




This is Module Five of our 300Hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training

Accommodation is available in our shared self-catering eco-cabins:

1 night €35 –  2 nights €30 per night – 3+ nights €25 per night

To secure your place, a non-refundable €50 deposit is required when booking.  Payment in full must be made 4 weeks prior to any workshop (payment in full at time of booking to avail of our early bird.
