Jo's Kitchen
Vegetarian chef Jo Lewis owned and cooked at the award-winning Heather's Vegetarian Restaurant in London from 1992 - 2001. Since leaving London she continues to cook for local events and gallery openings alongside developing her own organic vegetable and fruit garden, where she produces a wide range of herbs and seasonal vegetables to compliment her cooking.
Food can be ordered directly with Jo by emailing joandmike@eircom.net. 7 days notice is required. These beautiful meals are delivered to your Eco Cabin, ready for you to heat whenever desired and eat at your leisure. Perfect after a long journey. Please note that in groups of two or more, the same meal must be ordered for everyone.
Maria, our chef for the past two years, is currently taking time out to prepare for the birth of her twins. We wish her all the best, and can't wait to meet them ourselves.
