Ard Nahoo Yoga School
Yoga Alliance 200hr certified teacher training
I am delighted to be running yoga teacher training courses at Ard Nahoo. This is something that has been on the cards for the past few years and finally the time seems right. Teacher Training is a big commitment on your part but the benefits are immense. It is very much a giant step on the road to developing to your full potential both on and off the mat. Our current group of teacher training students are a joy to be with each month, and have already progressed so much.
We have two options for teacher training at Ard Nahoo - a one month intensive residential and a ten month part time course. Ard Nahoo is a registered yoga school with Yoga Alliance. On satisfactory completion of either course you will be fully qualified as an internationally recognised yoga teacher and eligable to register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) if you wish.
I am excited about sharing my love of the art of Yoga with you all.
Noeleen Tyrrell - Course Director
1 Month Intensive Training
Our intensive training will be running in September 2012. This is a residential event, which takes four weeks. At the end of the month you will be a fully qualified yoga teacher. In order to participate in this training, you will need to have a strong yoga practice and understanding of yoga. The course runs from Mondays to Fridays, with the weekends taken off, though accommodation is still included for Saturdays and Sundays. If you are interested in the intensive residential course, please contact us for more information.
Date: September 2012
Fee: €3,995
Includes: Accommodation for four weeks, all meals (expect on the weekends), tuition fees and course manual.
Ten Month Training Course
The course runs over ten months and will start in October 2012. Training runs one weekend per month (two full days) with the exception of an intensive residential when we will work for 5 full days. The residential will provide a valuable experience in totally immersing yourself in a yogic lifestyle and practice. The course is a Yoga Alliance Registered, 200 hr training. I will be the lead teacher and Director of the course but will invite guest teachers to share their knowledge with us about specific areas of interest.
