Melt your cares away in our indoor/outdoor wet area, including steam room, detox box sauna and hot tub. The perfect way to unwind before a treatment, or to relax with a group of friends.
Detox Box
Our amazing detox sauna heats damaged tissue through infrared rays, which heat the body, not the air. This amazing detoxifying experience soothes the muscles, clarifies the skin and burns between 900 - 2400 calories per session!
Steam Room
An option available to groups of 4 or more. Our old favourite is perfect for cleansing the skin and eliminating toxins.
Hot Tub
The outdoor hot tub is situated on covered decking, ideal for gazing at the magnificent scenery while relaxing in the bubbles. Stargazing sessions available for residents or groups.
Uisce Hour consists of a half hour session in the Detox Box or steam room, and half an hour in the hot tub. Please bring togs, towel and a robe if desired.
