Our Anusara yoga classes run throughout the year (breaking for the summer). The courses typically run for ten weeks at a time, though you are always welcome to join in at any time. Contact us to find out more about our classes, or to book a place.

Anusara Yoga Level I (Suitable for beginners)

Cost: €84 (6 weeks)

Anusara Yoga Level II (Suitable for Continuers)

Continue and deepen your yoga practice in our intermediate class. Courses will further your asana knowledge and progress to more challenging techniques.
Cost: €84 (6 weeks)
When: Tuesdays 7:30pm – 9:00pm
