Our Anusara® yoga classes run throughout the year (breaking for the summer). The courses typically run for ten weeks but you are always welcome to join in at any time. Contact us to find out more about our classes, or to book a place.

Anusara® yoga Level I (Suitable for beginners)

Continue and deepen your yoga practice in our intermediate class. Courses will further your asana knowledge and progress to more challenging techniques.
