Our Anusara® yoga classes run throughout the year – breaking for the summer. The courses typically run for ten weeks, but you are always welcome to join at any time.

Anusara® Yoga Classes

Level I (Suitable for beginners)

Noeleen Tyrrell
Yoga helps reduce stress and improve general health and well-being. Our Yoga Classes for beginners are designed to increase muscle tone, strength, flexibility, mobility and relaxation. Noeleen aims to provide a strong base from which to develop your practice at home.
Cost: €140 (10 weeks)
When: Tuesdays 6:00pm – 7:15pm

Level II (Suitable for Continuers)

Noeleen Tyrrell
Continue to deepen your practice in our intermediate yoga classes. Courses will further your asana knowledge and help you to progress onto more challenging techniques in a safe & uplifting environment.
Cost: €140 (10 weeks)
When: Tuesdays 7:30pm – 9:00pm

WEDNESDAY MORNING

Anusara® yoga hour (Suitable for all levels)

Wake up with yoga to reduce stress and to improve general health and well-being. Our Yoga Classes for beginners are designed to increase muscle tone, strength, flexibility, mobility and relaxation. Noeleen aims to provide a strong base from which to develop your practice at home.
Cost: €10 per lesson – payable weekly
When: Wednesdays 10:00am – 11am

WEDNESDAY EVENING

Pregnancy Yoga (From 14 weeks)

Pregnancy Yoga Classes are offered at Ard Nahoo and are subject to availability. This amazing course aims to help nurture mother & baby as well as reducing stress, improving mobility, flexibility, strength and providing relaxation.
Cost: €84 (6 weeks)
When: Wednesdays 6pm – 7:15pm
