Office Yoga
Are you stuck behind a desk all day? Do you suffer from a stiff neck, shoulder pain and tension headaches? Take ten minutes and complete this desk top yoga practice, and you will feel relaxed, stretched and invigorated.
Chair Yoga
Perfect for older yogis and those who want a quick stretch from a chair, this practice focuses on loosening the joints of the body. (Do consult a doctor before starting any new exercise programme)

For moments of high stress or fatigue. Shut the door, make yourself comfortable and complete this rotation of consciousness. All your cares will melt away.
