Terms and Conditions
UPDATED COVID-19 T&C’s:
We have updated our booking terms & conditions in light of COVID-19, these will be in place until all restrictions have been lifted.
Cabin rental: We require a 50% booking deposit for Eco Cabin Rental, balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit is normally non-refundable, however should a lockdown occur, we will move your booking to date within 6 months
- If the booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
- If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to 75% of the stay will be made.
- If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
We strongly advise that all of our guests take out travel insurance to cover any costs associated with having to cancel a holiday.
We require a credit card to hold €300 as a damages and extra cleaning deposit. This is to cover additional cleaning over and above our regular changeover which is included in the booking fee. It will also cover things such as damage to linen, furniture, fixtures or fittings. This is fully refundable within 3 day after your stay so long as the cabin is left as found.
