Join us for a weekend of deep blissful yoga, sharing and having fun together. Spend a few days in our little piece of heaven and study with great teachers from Ireland, the UK and beyond. Let the healing wildness of the landscape at Ard Nahoo work its magic as we practice in the stunning home of Anusara Yoga in Ireland.

Starts Friday Afternoon – Finishes Sunday Afternoon

First meal is dinner on Friday evening so please bring snacks and provisions as needed.

Accommodation

 

The festival accommodation will be on a first come first serve basis, but rest assured all of the options are truly wonderful!

We have 18 single beds here at Ard Nahoo in our gorgeous award winning Eco Cabins.

Then we have secured Castle View BnB just down the road. We will be providing a free shuttle to and from here – it is less than 10 minutes driving to Ard Nahoo.

Castle view BnB is beautifully situated with stunning views of Parke’s Castle and Lough Gill – the proud home of The Lake Isle of Innisfree – W.B Yeats.

There is 23 beds at Castle View – and  3 single rooms available – there will be a single supplement of €20. Please let us know when you make the booking if you are interested in having your own room.

 

 

Our Accommodation tickets will cover you for 2 nights. Once you buy your ticket you will receive an email with your accommodation allocation – if you are interested in booking an extra night, either side of the festival you will be able to contact your host directly to book.

Travel – getting here

Ard Nahoo is a 1 hour drive from Knock International Airport
2 hours from Belfast and 3 hours from Dublin.

There is a bus that goes from Knock and one from Dublin to our nearest big town Sligo.  From Sligo you can get one of our local taxis to drop you out to us or to your accommodation.  If you are travelling in a group we can try to arrange a minivan to pick you up.

Pre Festival Workshop with Prof. Bill Mahony

Cost: €85 as a stand alone event

Or €60 to those attending the full weekend

Friday Morning –  9am – 12.30pm

Before the festival begins we will have a gathering with Professor Bill Mahony to look at the history and relevance of the Pratyabhijnahrdayam – the Heart of Recognition.  

Bill will further explore this text in  series of workshops throughout the festival.
