Programme Content
This is a great educational opportunity for teachers to refresh their teaching skills, from the basics of voicing and cueing to the more refined and creative art of sequencing and theming and alot more. There will be an emphasis on embodying yoga philosophy and bringing it to life in class.
Furthermore you will be introduced to the Anusara Yoga Universal Principles of Alignment (UPA’s). These principles are informed by bio mechanics and are adapted to each individual to align with their unique Optimal Blueprint in all poses. There will be plenty of time for teaching practice.
All of this will be experienced in your own body each morning with a 2 hour Anusara Yoga workshop.

There will be a 2 Hour Workshop with Noeleen each morning to embody the teachings.
March 4th – 6th
The Basics – Seat of the Teacher, Form of the Pose, Anatomy of Asana, Tantric philosophy, Active & Passive Voicing and more
April 6th – 10th
Refine – We will continue to build on the basics above and we will have our first look at Sequencing & Theming & Subtle Anatomy (5 Kosha Model)
May 12th – 15th
Connect – review, putting it all together plus Observation, Adjustments & Assists. Teach a kick ass class

2 Days – 16 Hrs (Wednesday – Friday or Friday – Sunday) – €295
5 Days – 40 Hrs(Wednesday – Sunday) – €695
100 Hour Anusara Yoga Teacher Training – €1,650
Programme Accreditation
If you attend all the training you will be brought on a 100 Hour Anusara Yoga TT journey of transformation (attend from lunchtime 4th March – 15th May).
All hours with Noeleen count as CPD credits with YA, YAP and ASHY.
