Anusara® Yoga Classes
Level I (suitable for beginners)
8 week course starting 11th January – 8th March

Yoga helps reduce stress and improve general health and well-being. Our Yoga Classes for beginners are designed to increase muscle tone, strength, flexibility, mobility and relaxation. Noeleen aims to provide a strong base from which to develop your practice at home.

Level II (Suitable for Continuers)
8 week course starting 11th January – 8th March

Continue to deepen your practice in our intermediate yoga classes. Courses will further your asana knowledge and help you to progress onto more challenging techniques in a safe & uplifting environment.

Yoga Wise
4 week course starting 12th January – 2nd February

Yoga and meditation for anyone who wants a slower more therapeutic pace. Helps with balance, strength, mobility and stress relief.

When: Wednesdays 10:00am – 11am
COVID 19 Safety
- Temperature is taken before entering the studio. If temperature is above normal students must go home
- Masks are to be worn to mats
- On the first night of the course students will sign an agreement whereby they will notify us and not come to class if they have any symptoms, a temperature or have been in close contact with Covid 19.
- If students miss a class they can join in another class if available during the 8 Week Course. We cannot offer any refunds.
