We’ve created a series of yoga videos, free for you to use and enjoy. The aim is to provide you with the tools you can use at your own pace – without having to fork out for expensive yoga apps. From a sequence to do in the office, to a meditation to enjoy at home, we have something for everyone!

Below you will see 4 yoga videos designed to help you further your practice at work and home, as it is often difficult to differentiate between the two at times. There is an option for office yoga, chair yoga, a guided meditation & a little bit of information on teacher training at Ard Nahoo.

We would like to keep adding to this series and would appreciate your feedback – if there’s something you would like us to focus on in a video, please let us know!

Whenever you start any exercise programme, it is advisable to check with a doctor. If you have any questions about the practices below, do get in touch.
